How It Works

 

Sessions at CTF move through a series of stations and strength work sits right at the heart of it. Barbells, dumbbells, cables, kettlebells — whatever the programme calls for.

The programmes run in 3–6 week blocks with the same structure week to week. So you're not lifting randomly and hoping for the best. You're building on what you did last week, and the week before that. That's how progress actually happens.

There's a coach on the floor every session. They'll help you find the right weight, keep your technique honest and make sure you're actually moving forward — not just turning up.
