Circuit Training / Hybrid Training

Strength, cardio and boxing combined into one coached session. Programmes run in 3–6 week blocks, a new round starts every 3 minutes, and a coach is on the floor every single session.

Boxing

Bag work, combination drills and real technique coaching built into every session. No experience needed, no ego in the room — just focused, satisfying training.

Foundations for Life

Mindset, habits, nutrition, mobility and recovery. The work that happens outside the gym that makes everything inside it actually stick long term.

24/7 Gym Access

The doors are always open. Train early mornings, late nights or whenever life allows — no staffed hours required, no rearranging your day to fit a schedule.

Beginner Fitness

Never trained before, or returning after years away? We meet you exactly where you're at. No judgment, no pressure — just proper coaching from day one.

Kids Zone

A dedicated space for the kids so you can actually show up for yourself. No guilt, no rushing, no scrambling for a babysitter — just come in and train.

Nutrition Support

Practical nutrition guidance that supports your training without overcomplicating it. Cut through the noise, build habits that stick and stop second-guessing what to eat.
