What we do is have real conversations. Your coaches will talk to you about what you're eating, how it's affecting your energy and your training, and what small changes might make a genuine difference. No obsession, no restriction, no turning food into a source of stress.
The goal is education — giving you the knowledge to make your own informed decisions, rather than making you dependent on a plan that falls apart the moment life gets busy.
